“Everything’s Computer!”

I’m sure you’ve read my last post about lighting automation
Since the Rolife-Kits only come with battery powered lights, i had to do some customizations.

First i cut hole on the backside to fit a USB-C Port.
Next in line is a small buck converter, stepping down the USB 5V to roughly 2.7V.
To preserve the cordless functionalities, a 6pin 2way switch was wired in. With that in place i can switch the incoming power supply.

The next step didn’t work as intended and i don’t intend to fix it either.
I wanted to keep the front facing touch-button intact. I tried to make it usable via the second 2way switch, but i somehow made it non-functional - A shock to everyone, i know.

If you can somehow infer what i did wrong without any provided schematics, don’t try to email me. Thx.

Thanks for reading. ~Coni
